About Triple Barrel Poker Society
Triple Barrel Poker Society was created by poker players, for poker players – a private community built for Calgary and Alberta’s most passionate players. Our goal is to provide a highly competitive and professionally managed league that rewards dedication, skill, and consistency at the tables.
We’ve partnered with Cowboys Casino to ensure that every game is run at the highest standard, with secure financial handling and payouts. All results are tracked and displayed on our website’s Leaderboard Page, keeping everything transparent and easily accessible for our members.
With Future tournament structures in the works and a strong focus on expanding Alberta’s poker scene, Triple Barrel is dedicated to creating bigger opportunities, larger prize pools, and an unmatched poker experience for our members.

Game Schedule
All Triple Barrel Poker Society games are held at Cowboys Casino and take place on Saturdays. Regular season games begin at 11:00 AM, with the Year-End Free Roll Championship starting at 10:00 AM.
League Rules &
Regulations
The Rules & Regulations outline how Triple Barrel Poker Society tournaments are run, including points, rebuys, bonuses, and Free Roll qualification. All players are expected to review and follow these guidelines throughout the season.
Changes Implemented
For Season 3
Season 3 introduces several updates designed to improve league flow, reward consistency, and enhance the Year-End Free Roll. These changes reflect player feedback and the continued growth of Triple Barrel Poker Society.
Per Game
Points System
The per-game points system rewards performance and consistency at each tournament while still recognizing player participation. Points earned at every game contribute directly to season standings and Free Roll starting stacks.
Yearly Chips &
Cash Bonuses
Yearly bonuses recognize players for consistency, performance, and attendance throughout the season. Season 3 also introduces cash bonuses for the top five point finishers, awarded at the Year-End Free Roll.
Year-End Free Roll
Structure
The Year-End Free Roll Championship is the culmination of the season, bringing together qualified players to compete for the final prize pool. Starting stacks and bonuses are based on season-long performance and consistency.
The unique structure that has been architected will consist of a year end final free roll game for players to compete in at no cost to buy in.
Each player’s starting stack for the yearly game will be based on each player’s yearly point results throughout the game schedule.
THE BOARD
Triple Barrel Poker Society has organized a Leadership Board to assist with League decisions and provide input on overall direction. The Board will operate on a voting system when it comes to future growth, member acceptance, member removal, game structure, rules & guidelines along with many more items throughout the year.
Triple Barrel strives to operate as a collaborative poker society for good people wanting to play good cards. Any input, feedback, questions or concerns are welcome and will always be discussed amongst the members of the Leadership Board. Respect and professionalism amongst league members will always be held at the highest priority.
